• Tracks individual progress with monthly leaderboards for motivation and accountability.

HIIT TRAINING

Izaiah “Unchained” Deon is more than just a fitness coach—he’s a dedicated strength coach with over a decade of experience as an athlete, amateur bodybuilder, and martial artist. His training focuses on building power, endurance, and overall conditioning, helping clients push past their limits and achieve real progress.
At Animo Boxing and MMA, Izaiah leads our strength training classes, designed to improve muscle endurance, explosive power, and total body strength. He also runs the Animo Unchained Total Body Transformation Program, our signature 16-week program built for those serious about leveling up their fitness. We signed to try a free boxing class with our nine year old and were SO IMPRESSED with this gym! The staff are so friendly and skilled and great with kids too, especially pulling my shy kid out of his shell. We’ve immediately signed up for a membership.
